  • You’ll receive a Wash & Fold Bag, a Dry Cleaning Bag, a Delicate Bag and a Linen Bag — everything you need to get started with pickup & delivery laundry service.

  • Yes — we recommend being available for 5 minutes to fill your Welcome Kit bags when the driver arrives. Alternatively, you can leave your clothes out in clearly labeled bags (e.g. Wash & Fold, Dry Cleaning, Linens), and we’ll transfer them into your official kit for you.

  • Download our app or use the link we send you after signup. You can choose a pickup time that works best for your schedule.

  • Our driver will deliver your Welcome Kit and wait while you fill the bags. Then we take it from there — wash, dry, fold, and deliver everything back to your door.

  • We offer next-day turnaround for most orders. You’ll get a notification when your fresh laundry is on the way back.
