You own your mats. We clean them.
Rental rotation is the dominant industry model and works for some operators. We chose not to offer it. Cleaning-only means: your mats are yours, your logo mats are never swapped for generics, and you can leave the service without losing your floor coverings.
Cleaning vs rental
How we compare
to the rental model.
The dominant industry model is mat rental — you never own the mats, the provider rotates them. We picked a different model. Here is the difference.

The questionsoperators ask first.
Do you rent mats or just clean them?
Cleaning only. You own your mats; we pick them up on schedule, clean them at our facility, and return them. No rental contracts, no rotation, no generic loaners while yours are being washed. If you don't own mats yet, we can recommend suppliers — but mat supply is not part of our service.
How often should commercial floor mats actually be cleaned?
Entrance mats in high-traffic retail and restaurants usually need cleaning every two weeks. Kitchen anti-fatigue mats are typically monthly. Office walk-off mats can go four to six weeks. We will recommend a cadence after seeing your traffic profile during the quote, then adjust based on how the mats actually return.
What about logo or branded mats? Will the print survive?
Yes. Logo mats are washed on a separate cycle calibrated to preserve print colours and rubber backing. We track logo mats individually so you always get your own back — not a swapped duplicate.
How do you handle anti-fatigue mats for kitchen staff?
Anti-fatigue mats need pickup before they collapse from grease saturation, which is faster than most operators realise. We track service-life on each mat in your account and flag when one is approaching replacement (we will tell you — not silently keep cleaning a mat past its useful life).
Will we be without mats during the cleaning cycle?
Pickup and return happen on the same route window. For very high-traffic locations where you cannot be matless for 24 hours, we stagger the cycle so half your mats are out at any time. We work that out during onboarding.
Can you handle heavily soiled mats from winter salt and grit?
Yes. Greater Vancouver winters chew up entrance mats with salt, sand, and grit. We have a heavier soil cycle for the worst weeks. Restoration cleaning (for mats you thought were ruined) is also available — we will tell you honestly when a mat is past saving.
