“I love that the turn around is so quick. Most other places I looked into you had to book at least 3 days in advance for personal household pick ups. You can get your laundry delivered next day if you need to. I appreciate that there are no pick up/delivery fees, which is pretty much unheard of these days. Honestly I would be fine to pay a small fee because I feel it’s worth it for the quality of service and the convenience, and I believe we should pay businesses like this fairly. The service has been great, the drivers are all friendly, it’s awesome there are no surprises, you pay for the bag size you want and that is it. I used to do laundry drop off at a laundromat and was not a fan of never knowing how much it would cost until I went to pick it back up. I will definitely continue to use this service, they are awesome.
